Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order where the products delivered are defective. In addition, if you are in the EU, and have bought the products as a consumer (i.e. not in the course of a business) you may, subject to what we say below, cancel your order at any time within 7 working days of us sending to you confirmation of dispatch.

To cancel your order, you must first email us to tell us that you would like to cancel your order. You must also return the products to us in the same condition in which you received them. 

If the products are defective, your notice of cancellation and returned products must reach us within the 7 working days period referred to above.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, Last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted via email, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged, including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Please return products by recorded delivery date(where available) and include a copy of your receipt or invoice. You should retain any tracking number provided, and supply this to us if we so request. 

Refunds/Replacement Policy

Any claims for a refund or a replacement should be sumbitted no longer than 48 hours after receiveing the product. To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us via email
The purchase price of the product returned in accordance with this Returns Policy will be refunded to you, together with any charge we have levied for delivery of the product to you. However, unless you return a product because it is defective, you will be responsible for paying any charges for the return of the product to us.
If you cancel an order and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.
