Targets & Agreement.
At Cyto Innovations Ltd, we target standards of Customer Service we would wish to receive from others.
Below we specify our Trading Terms and Conditions. If for any reason you do not agree with any of these conditions, but still wish to purchase goods, you first must receive from Cyto Innovations Ltd an original, signed document stating any agreed variation. In the absence of such variation, these terms & conditions prevail and your agreement to them is confirmed by the act of placing an order.
Pricing & Payment.
All payments types may be made available in certain circumstances but must be agreed before purchase by contacting email@example.com. Prices displayed on the www.cytoinnovations.com website will be the prices charged while stocks last. Cyto Innovations Ltd reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Cyto Innovations Ltd dispatch operations normally work 6 days per week but do not work on Bank Holidays. In the unlikely event that Cyto Innovations Ltd will not be able to dispatch an order within 7 working days, if this ever becomes apparent, you will be immediately contacted by email and offered a full refund. All shipping is charged as per shipping weights shown in the cart and as displayed on individual item listings. See the section on 'Shipping & Delivery' for up-to-date information on weights, costs and shipping methods.
Please Note: Many vitamin tubs will not easily fit through letter boxes and it is the responsibility of the customer to give a satisfactory delivery address where delivery can be accepted.
All UK postal items are shipped with a Royal Mail Certificate of Proof of Posting.
Delivery Delay or Lost Items
Cyto Innovations Ltd are unable to guarantee the delivery time of Postal/Carrier services as this is out of their control. If there is any delay or problems with the delivery of your goods, Cyto Innovations Ltd will supply a copy of the "Certificate (proof) of Posting" but beyond that, Cyto Innovations Ltd are unable to accept any responsibility for delays or loss caused by the Royal Mail until the Royal Mail's "claims waiting time" has expired. For domestic UK post, this is currently 15 working days beyond expected delivery date. That is 4 weeks after shipping before Cyto Innovations Ltd are able to make any claim against the Royal Mail on your behalf.
For domestic orders, on your part, if your items have not been received within 7 days, please contact your local postal delivery depot to check that your postman has not forgotten to leave a "while you were out card" and then, if your order has still not arrived after 10 days, notify Cyto Innovations Ltd who will make a claim on your behalf and replace or refund your order as appropriate.
If you need to communicate with Cyto Innovations Ltd regarding your order, please always quote the invoice number given on your "Order Confirmation" or "Despatch Confirmation". This will help speed up the response to your email. Cyto Innovations Ltd try to respond to all emails by the following working day. If you have a SPAM security system, please list www.cytoinnovations.com as a contact or you may not receive despatch notifications.
Pricing and Contract
Price and availability is subject to change without notice. A contract will not exist between the customer and Cyto Innovations Ltd until an order is paid and goods availability is confirmed. Whether a purchase is completed or not, any dispute or claim arising from a transaction with Cyto Innovations Ltd will be limited to the total purchase price of the goods involved.
Return of goods.
Cyto Innovations Ltd operate a full no-quibble returns policy. However, because of the nature of the product, returns can only be accepted if the security seals are intact.
Before returning any item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org by email and you will be sent the relevant returns address and authorization number.
The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorization number.
When returned items are received in good condition, a refund will be issued for the full price of the item but excluding shipping, admin and restocking costs. It is recommended that items are very well packed and should sent by recorded delivery as refunds cannot be made until goods are received in good condition.
Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of the date of the original order and extension on this timescale will not be granted.
Goods which are ordered specially from the manufacturers at the request of the customer and promotion items sold as "clearance lines" or "scratch and dent" etc., cannot be returned and orders from customers are accepted on that condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Limitations of use
Products sold by Cyto Innovations Ltd are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Cyto Innovations Ltd cannot give medical opinions or advise customers and no comment or entry in this site or in any communication from 1st Pro-Engineering may be taken as such.
Customers must rely on their own expertise and that of their personal advisors as to the use and suitability of products purchased. Customer should always carefully check all the details printed on the tub before opening the product.
Providing a product for sale does not imply Cyto Innovations Ltd 's recommendation of that product, its suitability for any use or it's effectiveness.
Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom are on the understanding that the customer has investigated the import regulations of their country and are requesting products, sizes, quantities and values which fall within the regulations of the county to which they request their order to be sent. If any package is rejected by the import authorities of the delivery country, the customer will be responsible for any loss or costs incurred.
Complaints & Customer Care.
The Cyto Innovations Ltd team are passionate about customer care but being human can make an occasional error and this must be accepted. If we do make a mistake, please tell us and we will do all within our control to remedy the situation however, any damage or inconvenience will be limited in value to the cost of the products involved.
